ABOUT

Stoned Turtle is an Alternative Rock Band formed in Genoa in 2018.

After the experience with their respective bands (Hydra and Blank), Nico, Fabrizio and Alessio begin
to play together to creating a new band as soon as possible that can blend Hydra's Metal sound with
Blank's gritty Grunge. After a few months of rehearsals, in which the first songs are written, Stefano
and Alessandro join the line-up. The five-man line-up allows the band to refine vocal harmonies and
guitar arrangements on new songs.
The inability to play live due to the pandemic allows the band to focus themselves on more songs
and in December 2021 they record the first live demo at the Green Fog studio in Genoa.

After some live shows, in June 2023, the band starts recording the first album at the Blackwave Studio (Burn the Ocean, Isaak).

Stoned Turtle offer original songs with introspective lyrics on the sanguine sounds of an impetuous
alternative rock.
